The deadline to register for the conference has now passed.
The details below are listed for the purposes of information only, and are not relevant to registration after August 31st, 2021.
The conference fee may be paid at one of three possible rates:
In-person attendance:
Full Rate: 90€ per participant
Reduced Rate: 45€ per participant

Digital attendance: 15€ per participant
Terms of Registration
In the face of this pandemic situation, we want to remain as flexible as possible in our terms of registration, cancellation and the changing of your mode of attendance, in order to allow you to revise your plans as needed.
- Registration Deadline
The deadline for initial registration is July 15th, 2021.
- Cancellation / Changes to Mode of Attendance
Cancelling your registration to the conference or changing your mode of attendance from in-person to digital form (or vice versa) will be free of charge up until August 31st, 2021. After this deadline, a cancellation of your registration or a change from in-person to digital attendance will incur a late-fee of 15€. More information and examples
- Payment Deadline
Payment for your attendance is likewise due on August 31st. By setting this date as such, we hope to allow you some breathing room to change your plans according to the pandemic situation.
Upon registering, you will be asked if you would like to participate in either or both of two events during the course of the conference:
• Conference Reception on Wednesday, September 22nd – This event will take place as a complimentary buffet.
• Conference Dinner on Thursday, September 23rd – This event will take place in a restaurant. Each person will be responsible for their own costs.
